The screen and installation isn’t the only thing you’re paying, we also provide a complete package of planning, training, aftercare and more included in the final cost.

What’s included?
UK Site visit, report & Recommendation
All sites will be visited and checked for suitability and a report and design will be submitted.
Trained LED Engineer Install
All installers will have the relevant experience and our engineers will complete all connections at the screen and at the comms Rack
Hardware & Spares
Scaler / Control Hardware is included and Installed, plus each screen will have a spares pack held on and off site. Faulty modules will be repaired and resent during the warranty period as well as replenishing spares
Training
Screen training and module replacement training can be carried out with a senior member of staff
Screen Warranty
We utilise European manufacturers giving consistency of product and after care, supported by Smart Vision. All installs come with a standard 2 year factory parts warranty. Extended warranty and maintenance contracts are available from Smart Vision. Please note that power supplies are not covered by the warranty and replacements will be charged for.
Inhouse Structural Calculations
All installs will come with structural sign off to give you and your customers peace of mind. We have a dedicated structural engineer partner.
Content Management Software
We’ve worked in partnership with a global CMS partner that gives you a functional user friendly software. We can do training for this, so you can update and display content easily on your new screen.
Scoring Software
We have our own and partner scoring software systems available, this is perfect for any sporting venues and allows you to score in different ways dependant on what sport is being played.
Screen Health Subscription
We highly recommend this service at a small extra cost. It is to help the health and maintenance of your screen over the course of it’s life, giving you peace of mind.
